At Countri Apple Apparel, we are committed to providing you with high-quality apparel and excellent customer service. While we do not offer cash refunds, we do offer store credits for eligible returns. Please read our return policy carefully to understand how returns work.
1. Eligibility for Store Credits
We accept returns for store credits under the following conditions:
- You must initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, and with no “Return If Tag Is Removed” attached.
- The item(s) must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
- All swimwear and accessories items are “Final Sale“.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return and request a store credit, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at info@countriappleapparel.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all tags and accessories, and ship them to the address provided in the return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue store credits to your Countri Apple Apparel account. Please allow up to 5 Business days for this process to be completed an email will be sent to notify you that your credit has been placed on your account.
3. Store Credits
Store credits will be issued for the full purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding any shipping charges. You can use these store credits for future purchases on our website.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
